Dr Ratanamalai is a Thai national having obtained his Phd in Europe. He is a past chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Housing Co-Operative. He possesses extensive experience and contacts in Thai banking and government systems.

Mark has been a lawyer since mid-1980's working in Sydney and London. He has deep experience in investment and fund management advisory, corporate and commercial advisory, project due diligence and regulatory compliance. Mark has been raising private equity funds since 2012 working out of London and conducting financial services business. Mark  has performed directorship roles for various companies primarily in the financial services sector since mid-2000s.

Tim has extensive experience in private and investment banking over past 30 years, including 10 years as CEO of Investment Bank and being the founder of a private organisation operating a banking platform regulated in NZ and Switzerland. Tim's expertise is primarily in fund and asset management.
